• After initial discussions by phone / email, I will quote you either a fixed price or estimated price, dependent upon whether your requirements are clear at that point.
• A deposit is paid, and we arrange a mutually convenient date for me to visit youself and the horse(s) in question.
• At the time of my visit, I will make studies (photographic and/or sketches) and work with you to establish how the painting should look, at a basic level.
• Back in my studio, I will then compose a further study to refine the composition and content of the intended painting. This will be emailed to you as a high quality image, for your approval.
|
• Production of the finished painting then begins. When finished, I will again email a high quality copy to you for your approval. Should any adjustments be necessary, these would be implemented and proofed afresh.
• With approval of the painting proof, the outstanding costs are then invoiced and paid. Upon reciept of payment, I will then post or hand deliver the finished painting.
